Early Career Internships
Gaining valuable experience as a student allows you to expand your educational studies in real life. This experience gives you an edge during college and after graduation, allowing you to better follow your career dreams and passions. There’s no better place to do this than The Youth Cafe. Our internships provide you a global network of professionals that will work beside you, to mentor and provide you with global projects and opportunities that create an invaluable educational experience.
At The Youth Cafe, our interns feel empowered to make a difference in our organization by bringing their skills and expertise to help drive our organizational objectives. Our internships are in areas such as information technology, project management, communications and marketing, retail sales, finance, technical, supply chain, public affairs, operations among others.
Our 10-week internship program is a full-time paid experience that includes; Project Based work, Access to Senior Leadership, Mentorship and Career Development, Internship Events and Workshops, Internship Showcase to display your work to the organization, and Experience within the Iconic TYC Culture. We are Accepting Volunteers
The Youth Cafe Volunteers come from diverse backgrounds and experiences. In the past, these have included agriculture, gender, health, education, water and sanitation, environment, business, engineering, peace studies, language studies, as well as many others. The additional (and essential) skills that Volunteers need for their service--including community integration, proposal development, and project design and management--are taught as part of The Youth Cafe’s expert training program.
