Kenya Youth Manifesto Launch Kenya Launch Sign-On Document For Political Parties.
The Jubilee Party of Kenya and Tujibebe Wakenya Party officials committed to signing commitments to the Kenya Youth Manifesto 2022.
I, the representative of political party/ coalitions/ alliance having read the contents of the Kenya Youth Manifesto 2022 that has been duly launched on this 24th day of May 2022 at Villa Rosa Kempinski and in obedience to our higher calling to progress the welfare of the Kenyan youth, I hereby pledge to adopt the recommendations of the Kenya Youth Manifesto 2022 that has been duly launched on this 24th day of May 2022 at Villa Rosa Kempinski.
I hereby pledge as follows:
THAT as a political party/Coalition/ Alliance present herein agree to accede to the contents of the Kenya Youth Manifesto 2022.
THAT as a Political Party/ Coalitions/ Alliance, We shall be guided by the contents of the Constitution of Kenya 2010, other applicable laws, and the Kenya Youth Manifesto 2022 in any implementation role be it advocacy, petitioning, or lobbying for expanded spaces of inclusion for the youth within the Kenyan jurisdiction;
As a Political Party/Coalition/ Alliance, we shall take all the necessary steps to immediately and expediently implement the proposed reforms captured in the Kenya Youth Manifesto 2022; with utmost faith and goodwill, considering the urgency and need for action on youth issues in Kenya;
THAT as a Political Party/Coalition/ Alliance, we shall continue to incorporate youth from diverse social, political, and religious spheres as our implementation partners for a progressive country, a sustainable economy, and cohesive society;
THAT as a Political Party/Coalition/ Alliance, we shall rally other key governmental and non-governmental development partners to adopt and implement the contents of The Kenya Youth Manifesto 2022;
As a Political Party/Coalition/ Alliance, we shall play an active role in monitoring and evaluating the implementation progress of the contents of the Kenya Youth Manifesto 2022.
THAT The duration of the validity of this Declaration of Commitment shall be determined by the full implementation of the contents of the Kenya Youth Manifesto 2022. The contents of the Kenya Youth Manifesto 2022 are binding upon all parties and stakeholders and have a reciprocal effect.
THAT as a Political Party/Coalition/Alliance, we do make this commitment and firm pledge with a firm belief, knowledge, and prospect that the Youths are Kenya’s greatest resource in mainstreaming and eliciting social, political, and economic engineering in the Kenyan society.
THAT as a Political Party/Coalition/Alliance, we are fully cognizant of the crucial ideals, spirit, and purport of Article 55 of the Constitution read together with the African Youth Charter, and that they require a complete paradigm shift from mere aspirations to real action in order to make meaningful and impact-oriented steps in the Youth Agenda.
THAT as a Political Party/Coalition/Alliance, we emphatically purpose to achieve the core intention of the Role of the Youths in Kenya’s Vision 2030 that is; unlocking the Country's growth potential through technology, skills, and socio, political and economic development through a steady and complete implementation of the Youth Manifesto unveiled today.
