The Youth Cafe is conducting an exercise to assess the organizational capacity and sustainability of Youth-Led Organizations (YLO) in the East African region. The aim of this exercise is to strengthen the Youth-Led Organization ecosystems towards youth empowerment and contribution to national development. The exercise will help in understanding Youth-Led Organizations’ ecosystem: including who they are, how they operate, what motivates them, and their relationships with one another & with other key actors, their distribution in the region, among others.

The participating organization stands a chance to participate in a case study and feature in the East Africa Philanthropy Network (EAPN) conference alongside The Youth Cafe for the case study presentation. Your organization has been selected to be part of this exercise, and we would like to request your assistance by responding to the questionnaire below. The questionnaire is to be filled out by the organization’s senior management, such as the Founder, Director and Manager.
