Health and Healthcare
Health and wellbeing remain a key public policy priority, locally and globally. The Youth Cafe supports and evaluates healthcare systems, programs, and health markets. From investigating challenges in cross-border healthcare to safeguarding good quality, affordable and accessible healthcare at the national level, to supporting community health improvement work, we harness our expertise to strengthen health systems and deliver positive outcomes.
Education
Ensuring education is an open resource. The Youth Cafe supports all stages of education, from early years and pre-school settings to schools, higher education, and lifelong learning. We specialize in providing hands-on support, program delivery and advice, research and evaluation, communications, and digital services. Poverty, Debt, and Financial Inclusion
Reducing financial exclusion and improving financial literacy will help break the poverty cycle. The Youth Cafe supports practices to prevent and fight poverty and debt problems locally, regionally, and globally. We develop tools and methodologies to help our clients assess the effects of policies and practices on a local, national, regional, and international level.
Children and Young People
Children and young people have the right to be heard. The Youth Cafe works to improve policy in the areas affecting children's and young people's lives. These areas include education, work, (mental) health, income, and safety. Engaging young people meaningfully in public policy is key for us. We do this through co-delivering participatory activities and communications services for youth programs.
Employment and Labor Markets
Understanding labour market conditions can help create a sustainable workforce. The Youth Cafe supports clients to recognize attributes such as unemployment patterns and effects, social dialogue, and working conditions. We operate at macro and micro levels, bringing together data analytics and economic assessments, communications, and digital services to provide solutions for our clients.
Culture, Heritage, and Sports
Culture, sport, and heritage bring essential social and economic benefits to society and often provide a mechanism for social and economic programs for change.
