The EU Action Plan On Human Rights And Democracy 2020–2024 is a framework, one of purpose and direction, with a broad range of policies, tools, and political and financial instruments. This EU Action Plan on Human Rights and Democracy 2020-2024 is the third Action Plan on Human Rights and Democracy adopted by the EU. As with the previous two Action Plans, the objective is to enhance and hone EU efforts to promote human rights and democracy worldwide.

Unemployment rates for youth are three times higher than for adults in all world regions, and a vast majority of unemployed youth are young women. Among people who do have jobs, youth have a higher incidence of working poverty and vulnerable employment than adults. Youth also face serious barriers in accessing land, credit, and other productive assets for establishing their own livelihoods, and many young people
Young people constitute a tremendous and essential asset worth investing in, opening the door to an unparalleled multiplier effect. At the same time, young people are also facing incredible challenges and even life-threatening risks, disproportionately carried by girls and young women in many parts of the world.
Since 2012, The Youth Cafe has been working with Young men and women in Kenya and around Africa in the fight for climate justice and environmental preservation. Our plan contains interventions in the areas of Renewable Energy, Agroforestry, Education and public awareness, Climate Smart Agriculture, and Water Resources conservation and the anticipated impacts. The goals of the plans are to promote cooperation between all stakeholders in the promotion of Sustainable development and Environmental conservation.

The Africa Agriculture Status Report (AASR) 2022 provides evidence and insights on the prospects of accelerating the transformation of Africa’s food systems toward resilience and sustainability, anchored in the 2021 United Nations Food Systems Summit (UNFSS).
