There is an unspoken belief behind everything we do here at The Youth Cafe. It’s the idea that change starts within each one of us — that the actions of every single individual can make a powerful difference. In the past, The Youth Cafe has had supporters drawn from around the world.

Internship

The Youth Cafe Internship Programme offers qualified and eligible students at both headquarters and in the field the unique opportunity to acquire direct practical experience in The Youth Cafe’s work under the direct supervision of experienced staff and/or adviser.

Internships are offered depending on the availability of meaningful assignments and the needs and capacity of units to receive and supervise intern.

The duration of an internship is normally between six and sixteen weeks.

The total duration may be extended up to a maximum of six months, when there are special requirements and / or special needs of the receiving division.Spread the word to your friends and family too.

Volunteer

There is no greater gift than giving one’s time and energy to helping others without expecting anything in return.

The Youth Cafe views volunteerism as a powerful means of engaging people in tacliking youth development and challenges.

Every year, dozens of people from around the world volunteer with The Youth Cafe to help others and enrich our communities. These volunteers work in programs to empower communities, and help build sustainable livelihoods and lasting youth-centered development. Our volunteers come from a variety of professional backgrounds but are all catalysts of positive change and work at the heart of communities.
